Brief History Of School:
The K.M.E.S ENGLISH MEDIUM HIGH SCHOOL, One of the prestigious institutions, operating under the banner of the K.M.E. Society commenced its functioning in the year 1977. Our Institution is recognized by the Education Department Government of Maharashtra and Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education . The school aims at imparting sound education for the development of the entire personality of the child. It now caters to the educational demands of students from Std. I to Std XII The Institution is cosmopolitan in nature and is open for every one without any racial, communal or tribal discrimination. The Junior college came into existence in 1989 and since then we have been steering our attempts to make learning more relevant and an exciting experience.

It is the aim of K.M.E.S. English Medium High School and Junior College to provide the best possible quality education to its students. Our Primary aim is to develop in the Students qualities of nationality, patriotism, Integrity, honesty, trust, tolerance and compassion to develop a sense of appreciation for nature so that they become a meaningful part of the environment and to inculcate moral and religious values in students.

Rules And Regulations:
1. Each student must carry his/her Identity card to school/college everyday.
2. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phone in the school/college. If they do so, it will be confiscated.
3. Students should not unnecessarily leave their class at the end of every period.
4. Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The full school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home. Use of hair gel is not allowed. Wearing low waist trousers is forbidden.
5. No books (other than text books or library books), magazines or paper should be brought to the school.
6. Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is not allowed.
7. Parents and guardians may meet the teachers during the specified time.
8. The school insists on the following measures to be observed by the members of staff and all students. Care must be taken to observe the ‘green rules’ in order to maintain clean, green surroundings. That is school premises will not be littered with disposable tumblers, papers or polythene bags. If polythene bags are brought to school care should be taken not to dispose them off in the school ground. Minimal use of polythene bags will be appreciated.
9. Students are expected to respect school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Any school property damaged even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or supervisors or the principal.
10. Students should invariably be polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct.
11. Students are advised to keep their classroom, school buildings and campus as clean as possible, and throw left overs in it the dustbins.
12. The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles, (like expensive watches, pens and jewellery ) to School/College.
13. The institution provides education from class I to class XII, therefore it is expected that juniors be treated with love and affection. While the juniors must show their respect to seniors, there should be perfect harmony amongst all the students.
14. Fees can be paid by cheque/cash within the stipulated time.
15. Students should not join other students in violent and destructive activities or else they will be subjected to punishment.
16. Students will not instigate other co-students or juniors to indulge in any misbehavior or any form of anti-school activity which will bring disrepute to the school/college authorities.
17. Students using unfair means during examination will face disciplinary action as decided by the School/College authorities.
18. Girls must be properly dressed in their uniforms daily, with their hair neatly tied into plaits.
19. The uniforms of the girls must be strictly stitched according to the pattern designed by the school/college authorities.
School Assembly:
The Assembly is conducted daily at 7.05 am on the ground. The Session includes recitation of prayers, reading out of daily news headlines, recitation of National Anthem and concludes with the reading out of hadith to the students.
(During the rainy season however, the assembly is conducted in the classrooms).
